Welcome to Amalibro. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Amalibro. Amalibro operates this store and the website amalibro.com, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”) to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience. Amalibro uses Shopify technology to deliver the Services.
The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced here (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS & ACCOUNT
By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and consent to allow any minor dependents to use the Services under your responsibility. You may be asked for information such as email, billing, payment, and shipping details. You agree all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We strive to represent our products accurately; however, colors and appearance may vary by device and settings. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet all expectations or match images exactly. Descriptions may change without notice, and we may discontinue items or limit quantities at our discretion.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Amalibro may accept or decline orders at its discretion. An order is not accepted until confirmed and payment is received. Please review carefully before completing checkout; once processed, cancellation may not be possible. If we must reject, modify, or cancel an order, we will contact you using the information you provided. All purchases are subject to our Returns & Reprints Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICES & BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The applicable price is the one at the time of your order and will appear in the confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, customs, and import fees. By purchasing, you represent that your payment information is correct, you are authorized to use it, charges will be honored by your financial institution, and you will pay all associated costs.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY & ADDRESS ACCURACY
We are not responsible for shipping delays. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility. You must provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. If you submit an incorrect or incomplete address (including missing apartment/suite numbers, wrong ZIP/postal codes, or recipient details) and the package is delayed, lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned as undeliverable, Amalibro will not be responsible for the loss and no refund will be issued. If the package is returned to us, you may request reshipment by paying the applicable reshipping fee and any additional carrier charges.
Shipping options and rates are selected at checkout. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services (marks, text, images, designs, graphics, audio, and video) is owned by Amalibro, its licensors, or affiliates and protected by U.S. and international IP laws. Your use is personal and non-commercial. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without Amalibro’s prior written consent.

We may provide access to third-party tools we do not control. Your use of such tools is at your own risk and discretion.

The Services may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or legality. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Amalibro uses Shopify to power the store, but sales occur directly between you and Amalibro. Shopify is not responsible for our products or transactions.

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy terms. By using the Services, you agree to those policies.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
Any ideas, suggestions, or comments you submit may be used by Amalibro without obligation to compensate you.
