Shipping Policy – Amalibro

At Amalibro, every book is uniquely made to order with the author name and printed dedication you provide.

Production Times

  • Each book is crafted within 2–3 business days.
  • This window covers printing and personalization prior to dispatch.

Shipping Times

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped. Estimated delivery windows:

  • Domestic (U.S.): typically 4–7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • International: typically 10–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Amalibro is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Costs & Duties

  • Rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and service level.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees in their country.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery progress.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. This includes recipient name, street address, apartment/suite number, city, state/province, and correct ZIP/postal code.

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the package is delayed, delivered to the wrong address, lost, or returned as undeliverable, Amalibro will not be responsible for the loss and no refund will be issued.

If the shipment is returned to us due to address errors, you may request reshipment by paying the applicable reshipping fee and any additional carrier charges. Address changes are not possible after the order is placed.
