Returns & Reprints Policy
At Amalibro, every book is uniquely made to order with the author name and printed dedication you provide. Because each copy is personalized, all sales are final once the order is placed.
Exceptions — We’ll make it right
We will offer a free reprint or a refund within 30 days of delivery if:
- The product arrives damaged in transit.
- The book shows manufacturing or print defects (misprints, severe misalignment, missing pages, etc.).
- The personalization has an error caused by our production.
What is not eligible
- Changes of mind or preference after purchase (all items are made to order).
- Typos, misspellings, or low-quality content provided by the customer (author name, dedication text, etc.).
- Images that do not meet guidelines (e.g., too small, wrong orientation). Our back photo spec is vertical 19:6, JPG/PNG, sRGB, ≥ 2000 px on the longest side, ≤ 10 MB.
- Minor color variation within standard print tolerances or slight trimming differences inherent to printing.

If your order has any of the issues listed under “Exceptions,” please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
How to file a claim
Email us at info@amalibro.com with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the book and the issue (cover, interior page, spine, packaging if damaged).
Once we verify the case, we will arrange a replacement at no cost or a refund.

- Each book is made to order in 2–3 days.
- Delivery speed and rates are selected at checkout. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
